We have a number of interesting deerstalking prints ogether with prints of deer that the deerstalker can identify with such as rutting. The rutting painting was produced by Malcolm Coward who likes to visit Scotland during the rutting season and study the stags at as close quarters as his long lenses will allow. I am sure you will agree that in this print he has captured the movement and power of these stags extraordinarily well.
The deerstalking composite by Mick Cawston was also painted after he had made a trip to Scotland. There he spent some time with one of the gillies who taught him a great deal about the ways of the stag and of deerstalking.
Our newest deerstalking print is a magnificent composite picture by John Trickett. He really has excelled himself with this print and I believe the large version of this, which is published in so limited a number, will not be around for very long.
