Keith Woodcock FGAvA, Aviation and Motoring Artist.
Keith is one of the countries leading aviation and motoring artists. He was born on 19th April 1940 in Yorkshire and was educated at the Belle Vue Grammar chool, Bradford and then later at the Salford School of Art. He initially pursued a career in industry as a draftsman but he progressed to technical illustration and publicity. In 1969 he began a career as a freelance graphic designer/illustrator. During the early eighties much of British industry slumped and to make a living Keith turned to his real love of painting.
Initially specialising in aviation he later added motoring art to his repertoire. He was soon elected a full member of the Guild of Aviation artists (GAVA) and the Guild of Motoring Artists (GMA). He has also recently been elected a Fellow of the American Society of Aviation Artists.

He has painted many commissions for the RAF and the CIA and his work hangs in collections all over the world. His work has a wonderful use of light and atmosphere as well as composition which makes him stand out above the illustrators. His attention to detail and knowledge of his subject make him one of the leading aviation painters of our time.
