Shipping/Delivery/Returns
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Orders where possible are shipped as soon as payment is received or next working day. UK orders should be delivered within 2/3 working days. Non-UK orders usually take between 7 to 14 days.
EU Shipping, Please note: post 'Brexit' some EU countries have become very 'difficult'! We have had problems with Southern Ireland, Germany and Italy in particular.
N.B. Framed Prints: in most cases framed prints are shipped within three working days, however please allow up to 14 days for delivery! If you need it urgently there is an express delivery option which will put your order at the top of the pile!
Canvas prints take 3 -4 days to make if we haven't got one in stock! So please allow at least a week.
Framed or mounted prints not available to overseas unless you contact us directly for a shipping cost.
Express Delivery
We offer an express delivery option for the UK, this should ensure the item leaves us for a next day delivery if placed before 11.30am (however once the item leaves us by post or courier, we cannot be held responsible for the item not arriving on time). If you would like express delivery, please select the relevant option at the checkout. You are welcome to give us a call to place your order directly and we can advise you of availability and shipping times. We use either Royal Mail Next Day delivery or a courier service for these orders. Please note someone will need to be in to sign for the delivery.
Overseas express delivery will be charged at cost, please enquire for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Don't panic! Simply contact us ASAP. You will be asked to return the order and a replacement (where possible) will be dispatched. If it is not possible to replace the original order you will be asked to select an alternative or request a refund.
Returns Policy
You may return any order or product purchased from Sally Mitchell Fine Arts Ltd within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund, less the cost of postage. (I.E. If you purchased a print for £30 + £4.50 postage you will receive a £30 refund).
Original Paintings
We now operate a 30 day money back guarantee policy on our original paintings (Less shipping costs). If you decide the painting is not for you, please contact us as soon as possible. IMPORTANT: It must be returned in it's original packaging and it must undamaged! We accept all responsibility for it in tansit as long as it is correctly packaged in it's original packaging and on. Sadly we cannot refund the shipping costs.
Procedure:
1. Inform us via email to info@sallymitchell.com or 01777 838 234 that you intend to return your order.
2. Ensure the goods are returned in the condition they arrived in.
3. Re-package the goods, where possible in the same packaging they were sent to you in.
4. Make sure details of your name and address are included so that we know from whom they have come.
5. Post back to:

Postage and Packing Rates in the UK
The following rates apply for postage in the Uk:
Cards: £2.99 per order.
Mounted Prints: from £7.50 per order.
Unmounted Prints: from £4.50 per order.
Framed Prints: from £12.00 per order
Original Paintings: £10
Multiple item orders
Orders for multiple items will only incur one charge for p & p (for instance if you order a mounted print with a postage cost of £4.50 and a card, your postage charge will be £4.50).
